Impacting Lives and Making Disciples
Our programming exists to care for the spiritual and physical needs of our campers and guests with a specialized focus on adults with developmental disabilities. Through our programs and the outdoor setting we also focus on providing opportunities of service for families, students, churches and community organizations. We are passionate about training up the next generation. We challenge, encourage and disciple our staff, training them in leadership responsibility, professional development, spiritual growth, team dynamics, community living and the daily care of others.

Shepherds Camp
Since 1962, Shepherds Camp has been offering full care, overnight camp to teens and adults with developmental disabilities. We offer 35 weeks of year round camp ministry, including weeks of specialized 1:1 sessions for campers requiring individualized care. personalizing our program to each individual's special needs.
Leadership In Disabilities (LIDS)
Arrowhead Bible Camp is excited to continue a program started in 2022– Leadership in Disabilities (LID). We would be thrilled to have you consider joining the LID Program and making an incredible impact on the front-lines of our ministry. The LID Program vision is to train and disciple a new generation of leaders with the confidence, character, and competence to serve with excellence in the field of disabilities; skilled to work and lead in ministry, business, and the primary physical care of others.
James Projects
The James Project is a high impact missions opportunity that changes lives and trains leaders as they serve on the front lines at Arrowhead. Each year, dozens of James Project missions teams join us to serve as support staff The James Project creates a formative experience designed to engage each groups’ specific ministry objectives. It is the next level of ministry partnership with churches, student ministries, para-church ministries, and families.
Guest Groups
Arrowhead is open year round as a guest group facility. Groups at Arrowhead enjoy the exclusive use of the facilities - all under one roof. Guest groups return each year because of our genuine service and care. Serving groups of 40 to 125, Arrowhead offers a camp experience that will knock your sock off! The cozy atmosphere of hardwood floors, knotty pine walls, the roaring fireplace and all the hot chocolate you can drink is matched by small group gathering spaces, ball field, basketball court, and the cabins overlooking our beautiful spring fed lake.
